TANAH JAMBU, 10 APRIL 2026 — The Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) held a leadership session for officers, instructors and personnel of the Officer Cadet School (OCS), Defence Academy RBAF.
During the session, the Commander of the RBAF underscored the key role of OCS in shaping and developing future officers of the RBAF, while reaffirming professionalism, discipline and integrity as key foundations of officer cadet training. The Commander also noted the vital role of officers, instructors and personnel of OCS in shaping a new generation of capable, professional and resilient leaders in support of the nation’s defence.
The session further reaffirmed the importance of sustaining high standards in training delivery, guided by approved policies, regulations and training frameworks, in order to support the continued development of high-quality officers for the RBAF.
The session reflects the RBAF’s continued commitment to strengthening leadership development and upholding high standards of professionalism across training and operations.
