REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Tuesday 02 August 2022 – Lieutenant Colonel Pg Siti Khatamalzariah binti Pg Haji Kamaludin, The Commanding Officer of Officer Cadet School Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (OCS DA RBAF) conducted the fourth Exercise Planning Conference for Urban Operations Training Package (UOTP) with Officer Cadet School SAFTI MI (Military Institute) Republic of Singapore from 1st to 3rd August 2022.
END OF GENERIC TERM PARADE OF OCS INTAKE 21
DEFENCE ACADEMY,TANAH JAMBU, 30 Jun 2022 – Today marked the 20thweek of training for Intake 21 Officer Cadet School (OCS) with the completionof the Generic Term Parade which was held at the Defence Academy Parade Square,Tanah Jambu. The event marked yet another milestone for the Officer Cadets asit signifies the successful completion of the end of the challenging 20 weeksof Generic Term.
INTAKE 21 KHATAM AL-QURAN END OF GENERIC TERM
TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday, 28 June 2022 – In conjunction with the End of Generic Term, Intake 21 Officer Cadets School organized a Khatam Al- Qur’an held at Surau Asy-Syuhada’, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF).
COMMANDING OFFICER’S (CO’S) CHALLENGE OCS INTAKE 21
BERAKAS FOREST RESERVE, 27 June 2022 – The Officer Cadet School (OCS) Commanding Officer’s (CO’s) challenge took place on Monday morning where nine sections were sent off from its starting point at Berakas Forest Reserve and ended at the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Saddle Club within the Berakas Camp as the finishing line. The CO’s challenge this year took place at the end of the Generic Term.
LEADERSHIP EXERCISE OF INTAKE 21 OFFICER CADET SCHOOL, DEFENCE ACADEMY ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES
DEFENCE ACADEMY, TANAH JAMBU, 25 May 2022 – Leadership Exercise is one of the leadership assessments in Officer Cadet School. The objective of the exercise is to assess officer cadets’ capability in leading a group of people by providing them a particular scenario to solve in a designated obstacle. The first leadership exercise for the Officer Cadets of Intake 21 was conducted earlier this morning around the Defence Academy compound which covered 5 kilometers. A total of 10 obstacles through different routes were organised by Officer Cadet School. The exercise began by deploying each section of every platoon and assisted by one instructor or platoon commander, physical instructors and medical team.
INTAKE 21 MAY TO JUNE RANK APPOINTMENT CEREMONY
DEFENCE ACADEMY, TANAH JAMBU, 25 May 2022 – Eighteen (18) newly appointed Officer Cadets had received their respective rank insignias this morning at the second appointment ceremony in the Officer Cadet School Mess Hall. Present to award the insignias was Lieutenant Commander Muhammad Adib Izzuddin bin Haji Ramli, RBN, Intake Commander of Officer Cadet School. Also in attendance were the Second in Command of Intake Commander, Platoon Commander, Intake Sergeant Major and instructors.
