DEFENCE ACADEMY, TANAH JAMBU, 20TH April 2020 – Todaymarks the day where twenty-three Officer Cadets are presented with theirrespective insignias this morning at a promotion ceremony in Officer CadetSchool (OCS) which took place at OCS HQ. The insignia presentation was led bythe Guest Of Honour (GOH), Commanding Officer of OCS, Yang Mulia 632 LTC AmirulAdly Bin Hj Ali.
2Officer Cadets were promoted to the rank of Cadet Warrant Officer (CWO), 22085OCdt Nurbazilah Binti Haji Jamaludin and Cadet Staff Sergeant (CSS), 53535 OCdtMohammad Zulfahmi Solihin Bin Haji Zulhazmi. Following after, 3 Officer Cadetswere promoted to Cadet Platoon Sergeants, 9 were promoted to Cadet Corporalsand another 9 promoted to Cadet Lance Corporals.
Also present at the ceremony were OCS Officersand Instructors as well as Officer Cadets from Intake 19. The Officer Cadetrank promotion ceremony is a part of constant recognition to their contributionand excellence in diligently performing their duties and made a significantimpact towards the intake.
