TANAH JAMBU, Sunday, 3 January 2021 – Officer Cadets of Intake 19 hosted a Family Day event at Defence Academy Tanah Jambu. The purpose of the event is to promote family bonding between the Officers, Instructors, Permanent Staff and their family members. Present as the Guest of Honour was the Commanding Officer of Officer Cadet School, Major Pg Siti Khatamalzariah binti Pg Haji Kamaludin.
The event commenced with the arrival of the Guest of Honour, followed by the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and a photo session. The event proceeded with a Zumba session led by Officer Cadets of intake 19 and walkathon session.
Guests and their family members participated in team building games designed for the participants to work as a team and test their teamwork. Winners of the games were given prizes. Upon finishing the games, guests and their family were invited to the Officer Cadet Mess Hall for breakfast. The event concluded with Do’a Kesyukuran recited by OCdt Iqbal bin Sidik.
