TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 26 August 2022 – The Officer Cadet School (OCS), Defence Academy Royal (DA RBAF) commemorated its 14th anniversary today at Officer Cadet School Headquarter, DA RBAF.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Pg Siti Khatamalzariah binti Pg Haji Kamaludin, Commanding Officer of OCS DA RBAF. Other attendees include the officers and permanent staff of OCS DA RBAF.
The ceremony started with group photo followed by recitation of surah Al-Fatihah and speech by the guest of honour. In her speech, she highlighted that OCS DA RBAF has attained 14 years of age and has achieved various improvements, progress and changes from year to year. She added the significant development is also the result of OCS DA RBAF personnel’s tenacity and enthusiasm in performing their responsibilities.
In light of this, the Commanding Officer of OCS DA RBAF also acknowledged the admission of International Officer Cadet next year which could give an opportunity to the Instructors to enhance their professionalism and training capabilities, as well as to their ability to educate the officers to become more robust and of excellent quality, who will contribute to the enhancement of the RBAF’s readiness and preparedness.
The event continued with Doa Kesyukuran recited by SSgt (U) Pg Alimin bin Pg Zahari, Instructor of OCS DA RBAF and concluded with refreshment.
