TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 20 July 2023 – A total of 44 Military Cadets from Sekolah Menengah Sayyidina Hasan along with staffs from Royal Brunei Malay Reserve Regiment (RBMRR) visited Officer Cadet School Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (OCS DA RBAF) today. The aim of the visit is to provide exposure and knowledge on the conduct of the commissioning course in OCS DA RBAF.
Their arrival was welcomed by Lieutenant Arina binti Abd Rahman, Admin Officer of OCS DA RBAF. The visit started with a brief explanation on the overview and history of OCS DA RBAF by Warrant Officer 1 Siti Aishah binti Haji Ali, Training Warrant Officer of OCS DA RBAF. The visit then proceeded with command and task activity which aimed to give an understanding on the importance of leadership skill to be cultivated amongst Officer Cadets to achieve mission successfully. It includes bolstering teamwork, promoting cooperation, delegate responsibilities, respond to feedbacks and solve the mission. The program of the visit ends with photo session and light refreshments.
