EXERCISE SECOND STRIKE COMPLETED BY OCS INTAKE 24
TUTONG, Monday, 7 July 2025 – Officer Cadets (OCdts) of Intake 24 recently undertook a four-day, three-night field training exercise, Second Strike, aimed at developing combat readiness and tactical proficiency in a challenging jungle environment.

COMMANDING OFFICER’S (CO’S) CHALLENGE COMPLETED BY OCS INTAKE 24
BERAKAS, Monday, 30 June 2025 – The Officer Cadet School (OCS) recently marked a major milestone for Intake 24 with the successful completion of the Commanding Officer’s (CO’s) Challenge, a 12 km endurance exercise from Berakas Forest Reserve to Berakas Garrison. Designed to push physical and mental limits, the challenge tested 51 Officer Cadets (OCdts) across nine demanding stations that focused on leadership, planning, decision-making skills, command and control, teamwork, and resilience.
EXERCISE FIRST STRIKE COMPLETED BY OCS INTAKE 24
TUTONG, Tuesday, 2 June 2025 – Officer Cadets (OCdts) of Intake 24 successfully conducted Exercise First Strike at Pasir Putih, Tutong. The exercise was held over four days and three nights where it simulated a mission to patrol and defend Bruneian territory against a fictional foreign threat.
OCS DA RBAF CONDUCTS RANK APPOINTMENT CEREMONY FOR INTAKE 24
TANAH JAMBU, Wednesday, 21 May 2025 – At the Officer Cadet School (OCS DA RBAF), strong emphasis is placed not only on leading others but also on self-discipline and personal accountability. This ceremony marks the second official appointment of officer cadets (OCdts) intake 24 who will take on leadership roles as Section Commander and Second-in-Command (2IC) section commander.
BASIC JUNGLE SURVIVAL SKILLS TRAINING COMPLETED BY OCS INTAKE 24
TANAH JAMBU, Sunday, 11 May 2025 – Officer Cadets (OCdts) from Intake 24 conducted a Jungle Survival lesson at the Jungle Training Area, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JTA DA RBAF). This session aimed to build essential survival knowledge and practical skills in preparation for operating under limited-resource conditions.
