| OCS WELCOMED ROYAL BRUNEI MILITARY CADETS AND SINGAPORE’S NATIONAL CADET CORPS (NCC) UNDER THE BRUNEI INTERNATIONAL CADETS EXCHANGE PROGRAMME (BICEP) | ![]() TANAH JAMBU, 3 December, 2025 - A total of 20 students from the Brunei International Cadets Exchange Programme (BICEP), representing the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Military Cadets and the National Cadet Corps (NCC) of the Republic of Singapore, were scheduled to visit the Officer Cadet School at the Defence Academy of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (OCS DA RBAF). This visit aimed to provide the cadets with an overview on the introduction of the OCS.
The Brunei delegation was led by Major Fahlidina binti Khalid, Officer in Command of the Brunei Military Cadet, accompanied by officers, instructors, and supervising teachers from the Brunei Military Cadet. The NCC delegation was led by SLTC Mohd Nizam bin Yahya, Commandant of the National Cadet Corps, along with the entourage. The program commenced with lunch at the Mess Hall of the OCS, followed by a briefing on the introduction to the OCS in the lecture hall. The day concluded with a viewing of the Jungle Survival static display presented by the Officer Cadets at the Jungle Training School of the Defence Academy.

LAWATAN SAMBIL BELAJAR BRUNEI INTERNATIONAL CADETS EXCHANGE PROGRAMME (BICEP) KE SEKOLAH PEGAWAI KADET
TANAH JAMBU, Rabu, 03 Disember 2025 – Seramai 20 orang pelajar daripada Pasukan Kadet Tentera Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (KT ABDB) dan National Cadet Corps (NCC) Republik Singapura, telah mengikuti Brunei International Cadets Exchange Programme (BICEP) dan dijadualkan melawat ke Sekolah Pegawai Kadet di Akademi Pertahanan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (SPK AP ABDB). Lawatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan para kadet tentera mengenai gambaran keseluruhan kepada pengenalan SPK.
Delegasi daripada KT ABDB diketuai oleh Mejar Fahlidina binti Khalid, Pegawai Memerintah KT ABDB, diiringi oleh pegawai, jurulatih, dan guru pengiring daripada Kadet Tentera Brunei. Delegasi NCC pula diketuai oleh SLTC Mohd Nizam bin Yahya selaku Komandan NCC bersama rombongan. Program dimulakan dengan makan tengah hari di Dewan Makan SPK, diikuti dengan taklimat pengenalan SPK di dewan kuliah. Hari tersebut diakhiri dengan sesi melawat pameran statik ikhtiar hidup yang diperlihatkan oleh Pegawai Kadet di Jungle Training Area, Akademi Pertahanan.
