LAND FORCE OFFICER CADETS OF INTAKE 24 SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED EXERCISE RIVERINE

PULAU PELUMPONG, Tuesday, 26 August 2025 – Land Force Officer Cadets (OCdts) of Intake 24 have successfully completed Exercise riverine by using the Fast Assault Boat ( FAB ) at Pulau Pelumpong. This training involved realistic confrontation scenarios with enemies, aimed at sharpening their jungle combat abilities. This exercise served as a significant milestone in advancing operational readiness, as it focused on the development and implementation of newly introduced techniques and tactics.

LAND FORCE OFFICER CADET OF INTAKE 24 CONDUCTED EXERCISE EAGLE STRIKE

​RIMBA, Wednesday, 20 August 2025 – Land Force Officer Cadets (OCdts) of Intake 24  have successfully concluded the Eagle Strike Exercise, a two-day training programme focusing on Multi Rope Abseiling (MRA) at Rimba Air Force Base. The exercise was conducted under the supervision of 31 Squadron, No. 3 Wing, Parachute Airborne Tactical Delivery Unit (PATDU), Royal Brunei Air Force.

INTRODUCTION TO COLOURS AND SWORD DRILLS TO OFFICER CADETS OF INTAKE 24

​TANAH JAMBU, Saturday, 23 August 2025 – The Officer Cadets (OCdts) of Intake 24 successfully completed their Colours and Sword Drill training today, a programme designed to prepare them for ceremonial duties after commissioning. The training, conducted by Officers and Instructors from the Officer Cadet School, Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (OCS DA RBAF), took place at the Parade Square and combined both theoretical and practical sessions.

OCS INTAKE 24 COMPLETED COMBAT FITNESS TEST

TANAH JAMBU, Saturday, 09 August 2025 – The Officer Cadets (OCdts) of Intake 24 recently undertook a 12.8 km Combat Fitness Test at the Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF). The OCdts completed the test in a time of 2 hours and 20 minutes, satisfying the standards for passing. Following this, the OCdts participated in a 50m fireman lift test. This combat fitness test marks a crucial milestone in their training, showcasing not only their physical stamina and endurance, but also the mental fortitude and teamwork essential for effective military leadership.
