UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI BRUNEI MILITARY CADET VISIT TO OCS DA RBAF
TANAH JAMBU, Wednesday, 26 June 2024 – A total number of 22 students from the Military Cadets of Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) led by the head of delegation Siti Nuratika Sri Mu’minnah binti Mohammad Hadi Muslim, Student Welfare Officer as Supervising Officer of Universiti Teknologi Brunei Military Cadets visited Officer Cadet School Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (OCS DA RBAF). The visit aimed to enhance student’s knowledge ad exposure on the Officer Cadet School and military career opportunities in the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.

TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 05 July 2024 – By the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzadin Waddaulahi Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Omar’ Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam, 22362 Officer Cadet Dr Filzah Nadiah binti Dato Paduka Haji Mohd Hamid, a Professionally Qualified Officer (PQO) from Intake 23 was commissioned and promoted to the rank of Substantive Captain.
JUNGLE SURVIVAL LESSON FOR OFFICER CADETS OF INTAKE 23
TANAH JAMBU, Monday, 27 May 2024 – The Officer Cadet School held a Jungle Survival lesson at the Jungle Training Area (JTA) of Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF). The comprehensive lesson initiative aims to develop the officer cadets’ (OCdts) knowledge on techniques of survival and resource-finding skills.
BAYONET FIGHTING TRAINING FOR INTAKE 23 OFFICER CADETS
TANAH JAMBU, Saturday, 25 May 2024 – The Bayonet Fighting Training for Officer Cadets (OCdts) of Intake 23 culminated in a rigorous session held at the compound of the Officer Cadet School, DA RBAF. The training aimed to hone the officer cadets’ close combat skills and instill in them the fundamentals of bayonet techniques, laying a strong foundation for future combat readiness.

RANGE WEEK FOR OFFICER CADETS OF INTAKE 23
Thursday, 23 May 2024 – As part of the cadets’ extensive training, the Officer Cadet School (OCS) launched Range Week training starting from 6 to 23 May 2024. The three-week training involved multiple firing ranges and covered various military weaponry, ranging from the standard rifle M16A2 training to support weapons such as the GPMG (General Purpose Machine Gun).
